Data controller
This website is published by Brahim Anjjar, a freelance web developer based in Agadir, Morocco. For any question about your data, you can contact me through the contact page.
Data collected
- Contact form: first name, last name, email address, website (optional), service concerned, and message.
- Newsletter: email address and chosen language.
- Audience measurement: technical browsing data (pages viewed, device type, browser, approximate origin) collected by measurement tools loaded through Google Tag Manager.
The forms do not collect data without your knowledge: only the information you enter is sent.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your requests sent through the contact form and following up on our exchanges (pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest).
- Sending the newsletter, only after you confirm your subscription by email (consent).
- Measuring the website’s audience to improve its content and how it works (legitimate interest).
Recipients and service providers
Your data is never sold or transferred. It is processed by the technical providers needed to run the website:
- Prismic, which stores messages sent through the contact form;
- Brevo, which manages newsletter subscriptions and sends the emails;
- Google (Google Tag Manager and audience measurement tools);
- Netlify, which hosts the website.
Some of these providers may process data outside Morocco.
Retention
- Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up on the resulting relationship.
- Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
- Audience measurement data is kept according to the settings of the tools used.
Cookies
The audience measurement tools loaded through Google Tag Manager may place cookies on your device. You can block or delete them at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under the applicable regulations, including Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and, where relevant, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your data.

Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or to the regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
